When the user click on Specs Limit button then Change Specification Limit screen will get display. Instrument address column get visible only in the grid for process-parameter having interface code as ‘ESYA’. User can see all parameters instrument address through this screen.
Cpk for Sample No’s should not be blank but can be zero.
