If Sampling Technique of selected job is Sampling then it displays following information for the parameter – LSL, USL , LCLx, UCLx, UCLr, LCLr, Pp, Ppk, Cp, Cpk, and Setting Value. UCLx and LCLx are control limits of X Bar R Chart, Standard deviation used in calculating Cp based on R bar i.e. average of subgroup range. The form also displays an online chart X Bar R chart for the selected Job. The chart is updated on completion of one sample.
If Sampling Technique of selected job is 100% Inspection then following information for the parameter will be displayed – LSL, USL, LCLx, UCLx, UCLmr, LCLmr, Pp, Ppk, Cp, Cpk, and Setting Value. UCLx and LCLx are control limits of X – MR Chart. Standard deviation used in calculating Cp based on R bar i.e. average of Moving range. X – MR chart will be displayed as online chart. The chart is updated after every reading. Pseudo Sample entered in Work Order QAP is used for calculating statistical constants (D3, D4, E2, D2)
Field ‘Display Cpk or Ppk value.’ added to know the system to calculate Cpk or Ppk based on the last sample numbers, if user enter 0 (zero) then system will calculate the Cpk or Ppk based on all sample. If user put the sample no 20 then system will calculate for last 20 samples.
