Job Creation(old)

After creating a Work Order you may proceed to creation of a Job. To create a new job record you may click on the Add button. You may create entirely new job or may create a rework order. This may be selected from the Type of Job group box.

 

Select the Work Order for which the Job is being created from the Work Order drop-down list. The Date and Part Number field is updated automatically. You may then assign a Batch Number from by selecting it from the drop-down list or entering the desired value. The Process assigned to a Part may be selected from the drop-down list or entered in the Process field. Similarly you may then select a Machine and assign it to the part for manufacturing from the Machine Number drop-down list. Click on Save to create Job.

 

If selected Part and Process are not mapped to fixture(s). Then created job will be available in Local Monitoring. If selected Part and Process are mapped to Fixture then created Job will be available for monitoring in Fixture Monitoring and Local Monitoring screens. If mapping is done with more than one fixture then all mapped fixtures are shown in Fixture Details grid and Measurement group box is enabled. You may select Measurement type and change the Sequence No. Of Fixture.
