You can use this screen to view the received messages. Get Message screen displays the messages that have been sent to the machine. The sender textbox displays the user code of the person who has sent the message. Its adjoining textbox displays the date and time when the message was sent. You can view the previous messages received by using the Top, Prev, Next and Last buttons. You cannot add or modify any message in this screen. You can delete the messages using the Delete button. You are allowed to delete only the messages, which have been received two months previous from the current date.
