This screen displays the readings that were taken for the Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility studies. Measurement Unit Analysis, Equipment Variation, Appraiser Variation, Part Variation and Total Variation/Tolerance, Repeatability & Reproducibility values are displayed. Clicking on the XBarR Chart button can launch gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility X Bar R chart.
If one individual range per operator is greater than UCLr then you can discard that reading by clicking the Discard button. Clicking the Discard button causes those readings for which the individual range is greater than UCLr to be cleared from the grid and all the calculations are repeated. If more than one individual range per operator is greater than UCLr then the operator cannot discard those readings, in such a case clicking on the Discard button displays a message that – ‘Readings cannot be discarded, Repeat the readings.’
